Macca doesnt enjoy watching people get humiliated
Sunday, 28 December 2008
Sir Paul McCartney has hit out at reality TV shows such as The X Factor and I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
The veteran singer reckons the popular shows are crowding out more creative programmes.
‘You can’t turn on the telly without somebody being judged by 4 people, whether they are on ice, or on the stage or in the jungle,’ he says.
‘It’s compulsive viewing, but so is a traffic accident.’
Meanwhile, Sir Paul, 66, has opened up about his relationship with new girlfriend Nancy Shevell, 47.
‘I just like being in love,’ he tells The Sunday Times.
Macca finalised his divorce from Heather Mills, 40, earlier this year.

Aww. I guess this means poor Simon Cowell will be disappointed in his quoted ambition to get Paul to appear on American *#%%*@*$^%% Idol and act as a mentor. Gee- what a shame!
