Musician wants compensation for his injuries

Travis Barker is taking legal action after being involved in a plane crash that killed 4 people.
The former Blink 182 drummer was hospitalised with third-degree burns after the jet burst into flames on the runway in South Carolina.
‘If something goes wrong that's not supposed to go wrong or you fall victim of it, I think you should be compensated,’ he says.
‘I lost 2 friends in the accident. Nothing can bring them back or what I lost in the accident.
'My assistant [Chris Baker] who passed away has a wife and kid who are without him now, and my friend Che [Charles Still] was a young college football player.’
Travis, 32, returned to work earlier this month – but he’s struggling to get his life back to normal.
‘I wouldn't have been in the state I was in if I wasn't in the crash,’ he tells E!.
'I wouldn't have third-degree burns all over my body or be prohibited to do certain things. I can't go swimming, I can't do some of the things that normal people can do. I didn't ask for that to happen.’
It is unclear whether his pal DJ AM - who was also severely burnt in the crash - will be taking legal action.
