Natalie Cassidy’s finally come to terms with her size 16 figure and is stepping out in revealing, fitted outfits.

On a boozy night out last week, the actress let down her newly coloured hair at the Union Chapel in north London, partying with friends until 2am in a thigh-skimming shirt dress.

Knocking back vodka and Sambuca, Natalie, 25, didn’t seem to have a care in the world as she posed for photographers.

Natalie’s recent engagement to 40-year-old beau Ben Porter has given her fresh determination to feel as sexy as she did when she was a svelte size 8 last year.

The couple have been pictured out repeatedly enjoying wine and meals at London cafés, proving that they’re happiest when a rigid diet can’t come between them or spoil their fun.

A source says: ‘Ben loves Natalie like this – more comfortable in herself and much happier. He finds that really attractive. Natalie’s also buying trendier, more flattering clothes. She’s said that confidence is the first step to feeling sexy – now it’s like she’s a different woman.

‘You could tell she felt great with her short dress and new hair last week. She was lifting her legs up as she danced and wasn’t bothered that there was cellulite on display. Everyone was thinking: “You go, girl!” She’s got a new lease of life.’

Speaking to Now earlier this year, she said of Ben: ‘He knew me when I was heavier, so he doesn’t care whether I’m skinny or not. He takes it in his stride.’

The actress, who’s been touring in the play Gertrude’s Secret, dramatically slimmed down with a gruelling daily two-hour exercise regime and a strict diet, but she couldn’t sustain it.

‘No one could’ve punished Natalie more than she’s punished herself,’ says our source. ‘But now she’s finally able to move on with the support of Ben.’
