Patrick Swayze finishes filming US show

Actor celebrates with family and cast members

Patrick Swayze starred in Dirty Dancing

Patrick Swayze recorded his final scenes for US TV show The Beast at the weekend.

The actor was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer earlier this year and was forced to postpone filming.

But after chemotherapy sessions, he returned to work in July.

‘He has so much energy that you don't think about his health,’ co-star Kevin O'Connor tells Us Weekly.

‘In fact, I look a lot more tired than Patrick does, some of the other crew members look a lot more tired than Patrick...and I mean that, too, which is weird.’

The cast celebrated the final show by heading to Chicago hotspot Underground to celebrate.

Patrick, 56, was joined by his wife Lisa Niemi and brother Don.
