Singer wont have to fly to UK to give evidence

Michael Jackson has reached an out-of-court settlement with the Bahrain sheikh who was suing him for breach of contract.
Prince Abdulla Bin Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa wanted £4.7million in damages from the singer after he allegedly reneged on a recording deal.
But both sets of legal teams have made an agreement in principle, Michael’s spokesman has confirmed.
The Thriller star was due to travel to the UK to give evidence at London’s High Court.
Prince Abdulla says he funded Michael, 50, while he stayed in Bahrain after he was cleared of child molestation charges in 2005.
But Jacko insists the sheik’s payments were ‘gifts'.
