Sinitta: I owe my marriage to 9/11

Terrorist attack made her realise she loved Andy Wilner

Sinitta's husband Andy Wilner now spends much of his time in Japan

Sinitta has revealed that 9/11 brought her together with her husband Andy Wilner.

The singer never thought she’d settle with the businessman until the terrorist attacks.

‘I always knew Andy was a wonderful man,’ she tells Hello!

‘But I never saw the two of us together because he’s Jewish and I’m Christian, he already had two children and none of that fitted in with this perfect picture I had in my head.
 
‘But then the September 11 terrorist attacks happened and I thought Andy was on a plane to New York.

'The fear I felt at the thought of losing him gave me a jolt and I thought, “What are you doing? This man loves you, you love him – go get him!”’

Sinitta, 40, wed her fella in 2002 and they have adopted children Magdelena, 3, and Zac, 2.
