Billie Piper married Lawrence Fox on New Year's Eve last year

Billie Piper has been photographed with her 4-week-old son Winston James for the first time.

The actress, 26, could barely conceal her tiredness as she took her son to a shopping centre in West Sussex with husband Laurence Fox, 29.

Wearing a baggy cardi and jeans, Billie looked exhausted as she smiled down at the newborn.

She was kept in hospital for several days following an emergency Caesarean last month.
