Peter Andre: Jordan isn't jealous of Mel B

Singer says glamour model is friends with his Spice Girl ex

Peter Andre has rubbished reports that the reason he and wife Jordan didn't attend Mel B's wedding blessing is because there's bad feeling between the pair.

They were invited but didn't attend the Spice Girl's vowel renewal with husband Stephen Belafonte, 33, in Egypt earlier this month.

But 35-year-old Pete says it wasn't because Jordan, 30 – real name Katie Price – is jealous of his ex Mel, 33.  

‘It’s true that we were both invited, but we didn’t not go because Kate is jealous of the relationship I had with Mel,’ he says.

‘That was years ago. In fact, Kate and Mel know each other and talk to each other from time to time – it’s rubbish to say Kate hates her.

‘We couldn’t make the wedding because we were on holiday when it took place,’ he says.

‘We wish Mel all the best and hope her marriage is a long and happy one.’
