Britney Spears admits to feeling restricted by her new controlled lifestyle.
In a new documentary, Britney: For The Record, the star compares it to being in prison.
‘There’s no excitement, there’s no passion,’ she says ‘I have really good days, and then I have bad days.'Even when you go to jail you know there’s the time when you’re gonna get out.
'But in this situation, it’s never ending. It’s just like Groundhog Day every day.’
Britney, 26, was hospitalised in January after losing custody of her kids Jayden James, 2, and Sean Preston, 3, to ex-husband Kevin Federline, 30.
And her dad Jamie now has permanent control of her estate, finances, and wellbeing.
But despite making a comeback with new album Circus, she thinks she's still judged for her public meltdown.
'If you do something wrong in your work, you can move on, but I’m having to pay for a long time,’ she explains.
‘I never wanted to become one of those prisoner people. I always wanted to feel free.’
Britney: For The Record airs on Sky1 and Sky1 HD on 1 December at 8pm.
