Actress says avoiding sleep is the best cure

Kim Cattrall has revealed her secret to overcoming jet-lag - having lots of nookie.
The Sex And The City star says staying awake as long as possible helps people adjust to a new time zone.
'I find the best thing to do is to not to sleep,' she says.
'Stay up as long as you can and have as much fun as you can, if you know what I mean, and then go to sleep.'
Kim, 52, plays Samantha Jones in the hit US show.
