Ronnie Wood has been snapped in Paris with Ekaterina Ivanova.
The Rolling Stones legend treated the former waitress to an expensive shopping trip around the city's designer stores.
Clutching a Chloe carrier bag, 20-year-old Ekaterina browsed in Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton and Prada, reports the News Of The World.
Ronnie split with wife Jo Wood, 53, in June, shortly after Ronnie, 61, began his friendship with Ekaterina.
