Judge says this series could be her last
Friday, 14 November 2008
Arlene Phillips has revealed that she may not be back on Strictly Come Dancing next year.
The judge has had an offer to work in the US, which may tempt her away from the hit BBC1 show.
‘Next year I’ve got a big decision to make,’ she tells the Daily Telegraph.
‘I’ve been invited to choreograph a huge musical in America at the same time.
‘I can’t do both.'
Arlene, 64, says she would be reluctant to travel to and from the US each week as fellow judges Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli do so they can also work on America's Dancing with the Stars.
'I can't see myself commuting back and forth from the States,' she says.
