Janis Winehouse: I hope Amy sees what Blake Fielder-Civil's really like

Janis Winehouse wants her daughter Amy to sort herself out

Amy Winehouse’s mum Janis is glad the singer still hasn’t been to see newly freed husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

The former jailbird was released from Edmunds Hill Prison and entered a rehab facility in Surrey last week.

But Amy, 25, is said to have avoided a reunion because she’s angry Blake, 26, didn't tell her he was out.

‘What sort of husband doesn’t tell his wife he’s being released? That says it all really, doesn’t it?’ says Janis, 53.

‘I just hope she’s beginning to see what he’s really like now. Who knows what will happen between them, but I think the fact she hasn’t run straight to him now he’s out is positive.'
