Comedian doesn't like wearing wigs
Saturday, 29 November 2008
John Cleese has revealed he had surgery because he was losing his barnet.
Surgeons took follicles from the back of the comic’s head and implanted them into his balding areas.
John, 68, made the confession during an interview on Richard & Judy's New Position.
‘Since I saw you last I've had a hair transplant,’ he told the TV hosts.
‘It’s because I have got a very strange shaped skull, very pointy, and I don't like wearing wigs.’
The procedure usually costs £10,000.
