Michael Jackson finally sells Neverland

Singer hands over the deeds to infamous home

Michael Jackson hasn't lived at Neverland since he was arrested on suspicion of child abuse in 2003. He was found not guilty

Michael Jackson has sold his Neverland Ranch – to a company he has an interest in.

The singer is said to have handed over the deeds to Sycamore Valley Ranch – a joint venture between him and investment company Colony Capital LLC, Entertainment tonight reports.

Earlier this year, the 2,500-acre property – complete with zoo and amusement park – was almost put up for auction by Michael, 50.

He hasn’t lived at the estate in Santa Barbara since 2003.
