Rapper wants someone who really cares about him

Kanye West was with his fiancé Alexis Phifer for 6 years

Kanye West is keen to find a companion.

‘I want to have kids,’ he says. ‘But I want to have the right girl too – someone who really cares about me.’

The rapper, 31, admits he’s low following his split from fiancé Alexis Phifer in April.

He was also devastated by the death of his mum Donda, 58, a year ago.

‘It’s lonely at the top,' he tells People. ‘Losing my mom, having no woman in my life to support me.

'I feel like I’m on my own and can only express it through my music.’
