Jade Goody in hospital with kidney blockage

Jade Goody has been staying at Champney's Henlow Grange health spa before her hospital visit

Jade Goody has revealed that she's being treated in hospital for complications from her cervical cancer treatment.

The reality TV star, 27, began feeling unwell after a gruelling chemotherapy session.

‘I was really down on my chemo day and in a lot of pain,’ she says.

‘My doctors decided to keep me in hospital. I had a blockage around my kidney but the pain was because I was heavily constipated. So embarrassing!

‘Radiotherapy, which I have every day, usually gives you loose bowels – to put it nicely – so they’re not sure what caused it.

'Thankfully things are moving again now so I should be home in a few days.’

Jade, 27, has been given a 50% chance of making a full recovery following her diagnosis in August.

She has 2 sons – Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 4 – with ex Jeff Brazier.
