Doctor warned star about smoking after breast op

Kerry Katona has been told her nipples may fall off if she continues to smoke.

The reality TV star, 28, underwent a breast reduction in August to shrink her assets from a 34GG to 34DD.

But in a rambling interview on This Morning last month, Kerry admitted she was still lighting up.

And Dr Stephen Hamilton, who performed the op, says it could have drastic consequences.

‘The risk of wound or healing problems with the skin or nipple is a risk for everyone,’ he tells The Sun.

‘In smokers it can be worse because less oxygen reaches the tissue. I’ve never seen a nipple turn black and drop off, but it has happened.

'It’s a good scare tactic. I told Kerry.’

Last week, the mum-of-four also admitted she was an alcoholic.
