Fearne Cotton 'splits from Steve Jones'

Relationship said to have ‘fizzled out’

Fearne Cotton and Steve Jones have apparently broken up – after just three months together.

The Radio 1 DJ is thought to have called time on her romance with the T4 presenter, 31.

‘It was a whirlwind affair and initially extremely intense,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘Unfortunately, though, things fizzled out just as quickly.

‘Steve isn’t ready to settle down while Fearne had only recently come out of a long-term relationship when they met, and didn’t want to rush into anything.

'They are trying to stay friendly, but it’s not always easy.’

Fearne, 27, split from skateboarder Jesse Jenkins in the summer.
