Katy Perry has revealed she’d love to work on long-running BBC1 show Antiques Roadshow.
The singer, 24, who had a worldwide smash with I Kissed A Girl, thinks she'd be great as a presenter on the Sunday night programme.
‘I wish they had asked me to host Antiques Roadshow when Michael Aspel left. It would be my dream job,’ Katy tells The Sun.
‘When I was a kid my dad would wake me up every Saturday morning and we'd go out looking for stuff.
'Plus my mum was an antiques dealer in London, so I guess some of it trickled down to me.’
Katy, who caused controversy over pictures of her posing with a knife, recently presented the MTV Europe Music Awards in Liverpool.
