Ex-girlfriend speaks highly of X Factor judge

Terri Seymour and Simon Cowell were together for 6 years

Terri Seymour has opened her heart about her split from Simon Cowell.

The US TV presenter, 34, says The X Factor judge will always be special to her.

‘I'll always love Simon,’ she tells the Daily Mail. ‘When you've been with someone that long, you can't help it.

‘I'll always have a special place in my heart for him, but it was time to move on.’

Terri, who confirmed their split earlier this month after 6 years together, did have a subtle dig at Simon – revealing she’d love to go on rival Saturday night show Strictly Come Dancing.

‘I’d consider doing Strictly Come Dancing,’ she says. ‘I’ve danced in a music video, so I don’t think I’d be useless at it.’
