Strictly Come Dancing's Brendan Cole engaged?

Dancer and girlfriend Zoe Hobbs rumoured to be planning wedding

Brendan Cole started dating Zoe Hobbs at the start of the year

Brendan Cole is said to have proposed to his girlfriend Zoe Hobbs.

But the couple, who have been dating for just under a year, apparently want to keep the engagement a secret.

It has been reported that Brendan hopes to bag a deal with a glossy magazine.

‘He told his closest business confidants and the news has started to leak,’ a pal tells the News Of The World.

'He’s pretty annoyed because he hasn’t even told a lot of close friends yet, including his BBC colleagues on Strictly.’

Brendan, 32, was previously engaged to professional dancer Camilla Dallerup, 34. They split up shortly after the first series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2004.

Update: A rep for Brendadn has denied that the couple are expecting a baby
