Actress has prior work commitments

Denise Richards will not present the World Music Awards.
The actress, 37, was said to be replacing Lindsay Lohan, 22, at the ceremony in Monaco on Sunday.
But her rep says she has prior work commitments and will not be attending.
Jesse Metcalfe, 29, is thought to be one of the hosts.
