Corrie fave Sally Lindsay engaged to Steve White

But former Coronation Street star is in no rush to walk down the aisle

Corrie actress Sally Lindsay has not yet set a wedding date

Sally Lindsay is to wed boyfriend Steve White.

The drummer proposed to the former Coronation Street star during a romantic breakfast.

'I burst into tears,' she tells the Daily Star.

But Sally, 36, who played barmaid Shelley Unwin in the ITV soap until 2006, isn't in a rush to get hitched.

'It will probably be one of those 10-year engagements,' she adds.

Steve has two children from a previous relationship.
