Singer changed The X Factor judge's diet to get rid of his man boobs

Simon Cowell and Sinitta dated for over 10 years

Simon Cowell injects himself with vitamins to help keep up with his hectic schedule, according to his ex Sinitta.

The singer, who dated The X Factor judge on/off for 18 years, says he spends ridiculous amounts of money on looking good.

‘Simon takes more vitamins than me,’ she says. ‘He has high-potency injections.

'He says he feels fantastic and the injections help him cope with travelling between LA and the UK.'

But Sinitta, 40, has struggled to get 49-year-old Simon as motivated about his diet as he is with his appearance.

‘There was a time when he was bingeing on Jammie Dodgers, custard creams, lots of dairy and food with no nutritional value,’ she says.

So she put him on a healthy eating plan and got him to work on a Power Plate exercise machine. And now Simon has lost over 1st.

‘He’s lost at least 16lb,' Sinitta says. 'You can see it on his neck – his jaw is sharp again – and he has no man boobs!
