Nicole Scherzinger is thrilled boyfriend Lewis Hamilton is the Formula 1 world champion.

The Pussycat Doll, 30, watched as the star, 23, clinched the title in the last lap of the Brazilian Grand Prix on Sunday.

And she couldn't be happier.

‘I’m so excited I feel like I’m on top of the world right now,’ she says in a special video on YouTube.

'Why? Because I want to congratulate my boyfriend Lewis Hamilton for being the official Formula 1 world champion!

'Congratulations baby - I love you, I love you, I love you.’
