Rapper opens up about his relationship

Nelly and Ashanti have been dating on and off since 2003

Nelly has finally revealed that he and Ashanti are in a steady relationship.

The pair have been linked on and off since 2003, but both Nelly, 34, and Ashanti, 28, have always refused to comment on their friendship.

‘The thing between me and her, we just like having fun,’ he tells People.

‘I think it’s always serious when you can hang with a person continuously and [still] have fun.'
