Mark Owen wants to be healthier

Mark Owen is having hypnotherapy in a bid to give up fags.

The Take That star, 36, has been a heavy smoker since his teens.

But he wants to pack it in for son Elwood, 2.

‘The first 2 days were hard,’ he tells The Sun. ‘I was on 15 a day, more when I was working.’

Mark and fiancée Emma Ferguson are expecting their second child next month.
