Nicole Scherzinger: Lewis Hamilton didn't recognise me when we first met

Lewis Hamilton has found a match made in heaven with Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton have been dating since earlier this year

Nicole Scherzinger has revealed she was first attracted to Lewis Hamilton because of his impeccable manners.

‘He stood up and offered his chair. My thoughts were: "What nice manners this man has,”' she says.

The Pussycat Dolls singer, 30, also reveals the driving ace, 23, failed to recognise her.

‘He had no idea who I was. I mean, I was not looking like Nicole from the Pussycat Dolls.

‘I think my hair was tied back and it was all rather rushed.’

But the couple, who have been dating since earlier this year, are enjoying each other's company.

‘We go out and we goof around and enjoy life. We're both young and having fun,' she tells Bang.

'Let's just say I have never been happier.’

Nicole watched form the stands yesterday as Lewis was crowned the youngest ever Formula 1 world champion after coming 5th at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
