Lindsay Lohan 'axed as World Music Awards host'

Actress to be replaced by Denise Richards

Lindsay Lohan has been romantically linked to DJ Samantha Ronson

Lindsay Lohan has apparently been dropped as the presenter of the World Music Awards in Monaco this weekend.

Bosses are said to have got cold feet about the actress, 22, who made a series of errors while hosting the 2006 ceremony in Earls Court.

And now they’ve reportedly replaced her with Denise Richards, 37.

‘The organisers had gone through a list of who was hot at the moment and returned to Lindsay again,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

‘But the feedback they got was really negative. They got worried and decided to change it.

'In the end it was decided by both parties it was better if she pulled out.’

Jesse Metcalfe, 29, was due to act as Lindsay’s co-host.
