Dannii Minogue confronts Simon Cowell over jibes

X Factor judge upset that he called her cocky

Dannii Minogue and Simon Cowell haven't seen eye to eye on this season of The X Factor

Dannii Minogue is said to have broken down in tears after a confrontation with Simon Cowell.

The X Factor judge, 37, was shocked when Simon’s ex-girlfriend Sinitta, 40, lifted the lid on their backstage feud.

Sinitta told reporters that Dannii's relationship with 49-year-old Simon was under strain and they were barely speaking.

‘Dannii was really upset when she read [the story] and broke down crying,' a source tells the Sunday Mirror.

'Within minutes she was on the phone to Simon, who told her to pull herself together and not to be so silly.

'He was mad at Sinitta for being so indiscreet. She had to apologise to Dannii and to promise to keep her mouth shut in the future.’
