Singer is making a fresh start

Poor Britney already has enough on her plate without worrying about her wobbly thighs.

Britney Spears is said to be overjoyed that her driving trial has been thrown out by the judge.

The singer was accused of getting behind the wheel without a valid California State licence.

But the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict leading to the judge to declare a mistrial.

‘She’s thrilled the court system, for once, worked in her favour,’ her lawyer tells People.

‘It marks a turnaround for her. This case was a thorn in her side for more than a year, a reminder of the bad old days.’

Britney, 26, recently topped the American charts with her new single Womanizer.
