Lil Wayne has become the proud father of a baby boy.

Dwayne Carter III was born at Christ Hospital in Cincinatti, reports MTV.

The mother's identity has been kept secret.

Rapper Wayne, 26, already has daughter Reginae, 8, from a previous marriage.
