TV star talks about her holiday in Spain where she let herself go

Kerry Katona's 'dazed' appearance on This Morning yesterday shocked hosts Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield.
Fern couldn't help quizzing Kerry - who went to Marbella to recover from a recent breast reduction - about her relationship with booze.
'We were necking champagne, shots of Martini, Red Bull and vodka, peach schnapps and Sambuca until 4am,' Kerry admitted in a recent breakfast interview at the Spanish resort.
'Now all I need to do is hair of the dog – anyone fancy a drink?’
The mum-of-4, 28, who is reported to have enjoyed some more Moet with her bacon baguettes, told Fern it was just 'holiday' behaviour.
But the reality TV star – who split from ex-husband Brian McFadden 4 years ago – admits she used to turn to drink to deal with her problems.
‘Every boyfriend I’ve ever had I’ve got drunk and depressed and wanted to hit them,’ she tells OK!.
‘Brian used to get me so down that I’d run away and hide under my bed, I was so messed up. I didn’t know I had bipolar back then, but looking back on it now it’s obvious that I did.’
