Lindsay Lohan sued over 'hijack'

Actress accused of false imprisonment and battery

Less is definitely more, Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan was arrested for driving under the influence last year

Lindsay Lohan is being taken to court by 3 men who were passengers in the car she commandeered during a street chase with her personal assistant's mum last year.

The actress jumped behind the wheel of their car, telling them: 'If you touch me, I'll sue,' they claim.

They say they begged her to stop during the high-speed 20-minute ride, but she refused.

After the chase Lindsay, 22, was arrested for drink driving and cocaine possession.

She pleaded guilty to being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to reckless driving and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. She eventually served 84 minutes in jail and later went into rehab.

The plaintiffs - Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Negro - are seeking a minimum of $25,000 in damages. Their allegations include battery, false imprisonment and negligence.

But her lawyer Ed McPherson rubbishes the claims.

‘These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in,’ he tells TMZ.
