Alesha Dixon has revealed that working so hard on Strictly Come Dancing last year left her battered.
The singer, 30, won the series last year but admits it took its toll on her body.
‘I was training for 10 hours a day and my body was simply exhausted,’ she tells the News Of The World. ‘By the time I got to the final I’d lost 1st.
‘I really didn’t like how thin I was.’
Alesha, who performed her new single The Boy Does Nothing on this week's results show, scored 19 perfect 10s throughout the show.
‘The minute the show ended my body collapsed,’ she reveals. ‘I couldn’t walk! My feet were killing me and I had to wear Ugg boots to the after party.
'I had bruises all over my legs and a strapped knee!'
Alesha has also revealed that she's heading to America to find a man after developing a crush on Step Up actor Channing Tatum.

I would say that rather than moan about the hard exercise she had to put in she should be grateful that it kick-started her waning career. She should have kept up the training after winning rather than complain that she was exhuasted.... and probably a little bit richer.
