Girls Aloud singer regains her appetite because of confidence boost from judge's role on ITV1 show

Cheryl Cole has managed to get back to her old figure – and it's because of The X Factor, say friends.
The Girls Aloud star was seen looking tiny after it was alleged her footballer husband Ashley cheated on her.
But now pals say Cheryl, 25, is back on form because of the ITV show.
‘She's eating properly and has put on a few pounds,’ says a source. ‘She’s got her appetite back and tucks in to everything.
'She keeps saying she can’t believe how this year has turned round for her.’
And the singer is thought to have used the experience as a fresh start for her relationship with Ashley, 27.
‘Cheryl says The X Factor is the best thing that’s happened to her,’ the insider tells the Daily Star. ‘She reckons that in many ways it saved her marriage.
‘Cheryl’s a different person. For months she’d lost her spark but that’s all gone.'
Her spokesman declined to comment.
