Doctors advise her not to get on stage

Janet Jackson has been seeking help from medical staff

Janet Jackson was forced to cancel another show this week - after doctors told her she wasn't well enough to perform.

The singer, 42, has postponed a string of dates across North America, following her admission to hospital in Montreal last month.

But after telling fans she’d be back on stage in New York on Monday, Janet pulled out at the last minute on the advice of medical staff.

No other details about her illness are known.
