Peaches Geldof: I'm not a very good housewife

Socialite has hired a cleaner to keep her home clean and tidy

Peaches Geldof says she misses Max Drummey terribly when he's away on tour

Peaches Geldof has admitted that she’s not very domesticated.

She wed rocker Max Drummey, 24, in a surprise ceremony in August after dating him for just a month.

And now they’re living together in New York she’s struggling to get to grips with the household chores.

‘I’m not going to lie – I could be a better housewife,’ she says.

‘I mean, I’m 19, and I guess that comes with experience. We’ve got a cleaner, Pat. I’m not a very good housewife.’

But she reckons she fares better in the kitchen.

‘I make really good English food such as roast dinners,’ she tells the Sunday People.

‘He’s a skinny rock star. His waist is so thin, so I’m trying to build him up.’
