Daniel Craig: I'd go insane if I couldn't get rat-arsed on Saturday nights

Actor says it helps him unwind after a hard week on set

Daniel's Craig's latest Bond film Quantum Of Solace is out later this month

Daniel Craig has admitted that he likes to have a few drinks to unwind at the end of the week.

The 40-year-old actor has been working hard on new James Bond film Quantum Of Solace.

And he says he'd go mad if he didn't go out and enjoy himself at the weekend.

‘I get [on set] early, eat breakfast, talk to the director,’ he tells the Daily Telegraph.

‘I hate staying in my trailer, so I’ll stay on set all day. Then I go to the gym and work out for an hour.

'I rehearse my sequences for half an hour, I eat and go to bed. That’s my life. 6 days a week, 6 months a year.

‘Maybe on Saturday night I’ll get sh**faced and sleep it off on Sunday, because if I didn’t I’d go insane.’

Quantum Of Solace is released on 31 October.
