Toxic singer reveals the heartache behind her recent troubles

Britney is starting to piece her life back together

Britney Spears has opened up about her recent breakdown.

In a new documentary, the 26-year-old singer talks about her divorce from Kevin Federline, being sectioned and losing custody of her 2 sons.

‘I look back and I’m like: "I’m a smart person. What the hell was I thinking?"’ she says. 

‘I’ve been through a lot in the past 2 or 3 years and there’s a lot that people don’t know.’

The show, For The Record, will air on MTV.

‘Sometimes I think I get kind of lonely,' she adds. ‘I’m kind of stuck in this place. And you just cope. I just cope with it every day.’
