Jennifer Metcalfe: Ziggy Lichman is very special to me

Hollyoaks star opens up about her budding romance with Big Brother hunk

Jennifer Metcalfe reckons new fella Ziggy Lichman is the perfect gentleman.

The pair have been snapped together several times over the past few weeks, but until now the Hollyoaks star has been reluctant to speak about their relationship.

'Ziggy is very special to me,' she tells the Daily Star. 'We have known each other for a while because we have a lot of the same friends and recently we have become very close.

'He is an absolute gentleman and such a sweetheart. I really enjoy being in his company. We are having a lot of fun at the moment.'

Jen, 24, who works in Liverpool, and London-based Ziggy have decided to keep their long-distance romance 'uncomplicated' for now.

The actress split from Liverpool footballer Jermaine Pennant, 25, this summer.

Big Brother hunk Ziggy, 27, has not been in a serious relationship since dating co-contestant Chanelle Hayes, 20, in 2007.
