Comedian criticised for offensive footage featuring Filipina maid

Harry Enfield has caused a diplomatic furore with a new sketch about a Filipina maid.
The comedian, 49, features the skit, which shows a man urging a neighbour to have sex with the young woman, in his new BBC1 show Harry And Paul.
The Philippines embassy has complained to the Press Complaints Commission about the slur and a petition has been started demanding an apology for the footage which is deemed ‘disgraceful’ and 'tantamount to racism’.
In the sketch Harry (in character as 'Posh Southerner) tells his neighbour to ‘mount’ the maid and tells her to ‘present your rear’.
A BBC spokesman says: 'We have not received any formal complaint.'
