Simon Cowell has splashed out £8,000 on a fat-busting fitness machine to help get into shape.
The X Factor judge, 49, wants to tone up his tummy, so he's invested in a Power Plate.
‘Judging next to Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue, Simon really feels his age,’ an insider tells the Sunday People.
'He works in an industry obsessed with youth and hates it when people rib him about his man boobs and flabby torso.’
Other celebrity Power Plate fans include Madonna, 50, Claudia Schiffer, 38, and Kylie Minogue, 40.
