TV presenter pals Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby love going to the gym together - but the 27-year-olds are not both so keen on working out.
'We go through little phases,' says Holly. 'I’m going through a kind of non-gym phase at the moment but Fearne gets a major adrenaline rush from it. She's totally addicted.
'I'd rather watch what I eat than go and hammer a treadmill for 45 minutes. I don’t deny myself anything, but I’m just a healthy eater. Life’s too short for running.'
The pair like to party but Fearne can have a fab time with her mate without sinking any booze.
'Oh my God, recently I was drinking Lemsip because I was ill and she was getting through wine like nobody’s business,' says Fearne.
'I was just going along with her drunkenness – we were dancing in the lounge, playing music and having a gossip until about one in the morning. She was absolutely paralytic.
'When Holly woke up the next morning and remembered what a great night we’d had, it dawned on her: "Oh, my God, Fearne didn’t actually drink anything!"'
