Pamela Anderson stripped off for Hugh Hefner on his 82nd birthday.
The Baywatch star presented the Playboy founder with a cake as she appeared from behind a curtain to surprise him.
Pamela, 41, who wore nothing but heels, also gave Hugh a lapdance.
And she planted a kiss on his lips as fellow guests looked on during the party at Palms Casino Hotel in Las Vegas.
The scenes were filmed in April, but have only just aired in the States on the new series of The Girls Next Door.
On the show, Pammy’s private parts were blurred out.
She has posed for Playboy magazine 13 times.
