Mel B: I want to play a homeless bitch!

Scary plans to conquer Hollywood

Mel B wants to be a Hollywood star

Melanie Brown is one of the hardest working women in showbiz and she's showing no signs of slowing down.

The former Spice Girl, who’s in London this week to host the MOBO Awards and promote a new Ultimo range, plans to crack Hollywood – and she’s got the perfect role in mind.

Mel, 33, exclusively tells Now: ‘I want play a homeless bitch. Something that’s completely the opposite of me!’

And LA-based Mel has no qualms about squeezing a role out of her film director hubby Stephen Belafonte, 32, either.

‘If it’s the right part, he’d bring it my way,’ she says.

Mel also let slip that she’s in secret talks to launch her own line of Ultimo underwear in the US.

‘Ultimo hasn’t launched in the US yet, so this could be huge. It’s so classy and feels amazing on your body. I applaud Michelle [Mone, Ultimo’s Founder] and I’m thrilled to be working on my own range.’

Mel’s also launching her first fitness DVD later this year. ‘I never diet,' she says, 'I just believe in living a healthy lifestyle and exercising. I love exercising, whether it’s early morning boot camp on the beach or a mountain hike in the evening.'
