How is your bedroom decorated?
It's very minimalist and neutral with white bedding.

Paula Radcliffe, to find out all her training secrets, Strictly Come Dancing’s Matthew Cutler to teach me how to dance, Ready Steady Cook’s Gino D'Acampo to cook us a delicious Italian meal and Supernanny Jo Frost to help me get my 2-year-old son in bed early!

Who was your first crush?
Tom Selleck as Magnum PI. He’s the only person I’ve liked with a tash!

What would be on the menu for a romantic dinner for 2?
Pasta followed by tiramisu.

Who’s your ideal man?
My husband Paul Hardcastle with a touch of Paul O’Grady thrown in!

When was the last time you said ‘I love you’ and who was it to?
An hour ago to my son Devon.

You know it’s love when…
You can have a conversation while one of you is in the bath and the other on the loo!

What’s the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for you?
My husband cracks my toes for me, does that count?

What’s the best chat-up line you’ve ever heard?
It’s been so long I can’t remember!

Would you ever date a fan?
No, I’m married you know!

Do you believe in love at first sight?
Yes, absolutely.

What books would we find on your bedside table?
Parenting books The No-Cry Sleep Solution by Elizabeth Pantley and Raising Boys by Steve Biddulph.

Describe your ideal night in…
A nice bubble bath with my son followed by watching Dora The Explorer, then a Weetabix for supper and bed at 9.30pm.

Who would you love to have a passionate fling with – and who would be ideal marriage material?
I’d have a fling with the gorgeous Josh Hartnett – and I can vouch for Dale Winton being good husband material!

How did your husband Paul propose to you?
Do you know, I can’t remember! We discussed it so many times and eventually decided to go off to Dubai and have a blessing on the beach followed by an Arabic feast.

What keeps you awake at night?
My son, Devon, several times.

Which is more enjoyable: food or sex?
Both, I’m greedy!

Are you a soppy romantic at heart?
I do love romantic films and always cry when the woman gets swept off her feet, like in An Officer And A Gentleman and Pretty Woman.

How would you describe yourself in a lonely hearts ad?
Friendly energetic chocoholic! Adventurous and playful, enjoys a siesta. Interests: watching Numberjacks. Favourite music: any nursery rhyme.

Who would be your nightmare dinner date?
Anybody who is vain or self-obsessed.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Chocolate. Any type will do, I’m not fussy.

If you could have a huge fantasy wedding, what theme would you choose for it?
I couldn’t think of anything worse!

Where would you spend a lost weekend?
On a quiet beach in Mallorca.

What’s the most sensual food you could feed a partner?
Yorkshire pudding! It makes you feel full and satisfied and leaves you wanting more!

Would you ever pose naked? What’s your price?
Yes, I have – and none of your business!

If you could be a fly on the wall in another celebrity’s bedroom, whose would it be?
I’m really not that curious enough about someone that I would want to know their intimate secrets.

Is there anything you wouldn’t do for love?
I wouldn’t pretend to be somebody I wasn’t. I wouldn’t lie.
