Lily Cole has been linked to Jude Law

Lily Cole's nude cover for French Playboy has been unveiled.

The model features in a 14-page spread of the October edition of the magazine.

And she's wearing nothing but white socks while and a strategically placed teddy bear protects her modesty.

Lily, 20, says she's proud of the final product.

'Nudity has always existed in art, and I think that, given the right conditions, it doesn't necessarily "debase" any more than it celebrates or represents the human body,’ she says.

Lily also models for Marks & Spencer, and the store has backed her decision to pose in the buff.

'Lily Cole is a popular, high-profile model who is very much in demand,’ a spokesperson tells the Daily Mail.

'And this is one of the key reasons why we have chosen to work with her.

'It's entirely her own choice as to what other work she accepts and we would not wish to interfere with her career.'
