Janet Jackson postpones gigs after health scare

Singer will rest until next show on Saturday

Janet Jackson spent 2 hours in hospital

Janet Jackson has rescheduled two of her concert dates, following her admission to hospital.

The singer was forced to pull out of a gig in Montreal on Monday after falling ill during a soundcheck.

She has now postponed her Boston appearance, which was due to take place tonight, and she'll reschedule her stop in Philadelphia.

Janet, 42, will resume her Rock Witchu North American tour in Greensboro, North Carolina, this weekend.

She was released from Montreal's Royal Victoria Hospital on Monday night after a two-hour stay.

No further details about her condition have been released.
